1. Take a ring that you already have and that you know fits the desired finger.
2. Use a ruler and place the ring on it. Measure the millimeters from side to side of the ring.
3. Compare these measurements to our size guide.

SOME USEFUL TIPS
Keep in mind that finger size varies throughout the day and hands can swell, especially in the heat. So, if you hesitate between two sizes, always choose the larger one. The sizes between the left and right hand may be different, as one hand is usually larger than the other.
It's important to know that the ring you choose will fit perfectly on the finger you measured, but it may not fit as well on any other finger.
Gift packaging

Each piece is sent in a beige bag inside a rigid OLGA PRIETO box to protect it during transport, and with a triptych with information about the brand and the care of the piece.
For gifts, you can add a personalized message at the end of your order. 
All our pieces are washed with lemon first and then soap and water.
Take the piece in your hands and apply a few drops of lemon, rub with your fingers. Remove the lemon with water and then wash with soap and water. To finish, dry the piece very well. This is vital to keeping your piece in the best condition.
Don't use any cleaning products, just wash them.
Store the pieces separately in their bags to avoid scratches, bumps and rust. Remember, oxygen equals oxide.
Avoid contact with water, salt water, chlorine, makeup, oils, lotions, shampoos and perfumes.
Keep in mind that everyone is different and sometimes your skin may react differently to some materials. The pH can cause some skin to darken in contact with metals.

Each piece is made by hand and is subject to high quality standards, therefore, it has an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect of the part. We do not make exchanges or refunds of parts or money, unless the problem is due to manufacturing damage.
You have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the parcel to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to ventas@olgaprieto.com indicating the reason for the return. All changes and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund of the amount paid can be obtained through an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transport it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of repair. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
