Times and deliveries, rates, returns, repairs and advice

Each piece is made by hand and is subjected to high quality standards, therefore, it has an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect of the part. We do not make exchanges or returns of parts or money, unless the problem is due to manufacturing damage.

You have 3 calendar days after the part has been delivered by the courier to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to ventas@olgaprieto.com indicating the reason for the return. All changes and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you can access the refund of the amount paid through an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transit it may not be accepted for return.

If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of the repair. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
