Each piece is made by hand and is subject to high quality standards, therefore, it has an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect of the part. We do not make exchanges or refunds of parts or money, unless the problem is due to manufacturing damage.
You have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the parcel to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to email@example.com indicating the reason for the return. All changes and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund of the amount paid can be obtained through an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transport it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of repair. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
