TIMES AND DELIVERIES
Because each piece is unique and handmade, it has a different delivery time, which will not be longer than2 weeks and we will always do our best to make it less. If you need it before that date write to email@example.com requesting it.
For all purchases, please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to be processed, the delivery time will be notified to you at the time of processing your purchase and once the part is ready to ship we will send you a tracking number so that If you track your package, certain territorial restrictions and additional charges may apply.).
All indicated delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change.
Please note that we are not responsible for covering costs related to taxes or duties for international orders.
SHIPPING AND RATES
Orders received until 12pm will be processed the same day and those received after that time will be processed the next business day. The customer will receive notification of their purchase at the time it is processed.
Orders will be processed only Monday through Friday. Those received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day, and are processed based on availability and credit check.

Important information about international shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the total price at checkout. These are determined by the customs agency of the destination country once the item arrives. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the order value and the duty-free threshold, if any, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
If your country does not appear in the list of shipping destinations, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with your purchase.
Each piece is handcrafted and subjected to high quality standards, therefore, it has an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by carelessness of the part. We do not make exchanges or returns of parts or money, unless the problem is due to manufacturing damage.
You have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the parcel to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to email@example.com indicating the reason for the return. All changes and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto. For your convenience, you will be provided a pre-paid guide so that you only print and stick it on your package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you can access a refund of the amount paid through an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned new, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transit, it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of the repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges, and we reserve the right to refuse services.

ADVICE FROM OLGA PRIETO
Our pieces are handcrafted from the highest quality materials, and each item you purchase is unique. All of our materials are hand-picked, and we strive for consistency and uniformity. Our parts are made of brass, an alloy that contains mostly copper and zinc and is nickel free.
We also use natural stones. All these stones have different characteristics and properties, some of them shine more or less, and most of them are gently polished. Sometimes some irregularities can occur naturally in the stones and the colors can vary, making any item you see on the website unique.
To keep your piece looking newer for longer, here are some of the things I do:
- Wipe with a soft cotton cloth after each individual use to remove excess oil from the skin. All our pieces are washed with lemon first and then soap and water: Take the piece in your hands and apply a few drops of lemon, rub with your fingers. Remove the lemon with water and then wash with soap and water. Finally, dry the piece very well. This is vital to keep your part in top condition.
- Ideally, keep the parts in a sealed bag or holder, to keep it as far away from oxygen as possible. Remember, oxygen equals rust.
- Store your parts in a cool, dry place, away from moisture.
- Keep your pieces away from water, direct sunlight, exposure to makeup, oils, lotions, and perfumes.
- Keep in mind that each person is different and sometimes your skin can react differently to some materials. In some cases, using silver instead of brass materials may be better for your skin type.
