NATURA means being born and this season is a new beginning for me; I am opening a new chapter in my life, in which I return to my roots in Spain and with that I rediscover and feel once again things that have already been forgotten such as autumn and its leaves.
The collection has leaves as a piece central; we have elaborated one by one in a totally handmade way, without molds and one hundred percent by hand ... asymmetric, irregular and imperfect that reflect our hallmark in Olga Prieto.
The delivery time of the parts in stock it is 24-48 hours for Spain and Portugal. Rest of Europe, Mexico and the United States 7 business days.
If any of the parts in your order are in pre-order It is because we will work it especially for you for 3 weeks. We will send you an update with tracking details as soon as the package leaves our workshop.
1. Take a ring that you already have and that you know fits the desired finger.
2. Use a ruler and place the ring on it. Measure the millimeters from side to side of the ring.
3. Compare these measurements to our size guide.

SOME USEFUL TIPS
Keep in mind that finger size varies throughout the day and hands can swell, especially in the heat. So, if you hesitate between two sizes, always choose the larger one. The sizes between the left and right hand may be different, as one hand is usually larger than the other.
It's important to know that the ring you choose will fit perfectly on the finger you measured, but it may not fit as well on any other finger.

Todas nuestras piezas se lavan con limón primero y después agua y jabón.
Toma la pieza en tus manos y aplica unas gotas de limón, frota con los dedos. Quita el limón con agua para después lavar con agua y jabón. Para finalizar seca muy bien la pieza. Esto es vital para mantener su pieza en las mejores condiciones.
No uses ningún producto limpiador solo lávalas.
Guarda las piezas separadamente en sus sacos para evitar arañazos, golpes y que se oxiden. Recuerda, el oxígeno es igual al óxido.
Evita el contacto con agua, agua salada, cloro, maquillaje, aceites, lociones, champús y perfumes.
Ten en cuenta que cada persona es diferente y, a veces, tu piel puede reaccionar de manera diferente a algunos materiales. El ph puede hacer que algunas pieles se oscurezcan en contacto con los metales.

Each piece is made by hand and is subject to high quality standards, therefore, it has an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect of the part. We do not make exchanges or refunds of parts or money, unless the problem is due to manufacturing damage.
You have 3 calendar days after the piece has been delivered by the parcel to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to ventas@olgaprieto.com indicating the reason for the return. All changes and returns must be authorized by Olga Prieto.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund of the amount paid can be obtained through an electronic wallet or in exchange for another product of similar value.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged in transport it may not be accepted for return.
If your item is damaged due to wear and tear, accidents or other damage caused by you or someone else, please email us and we will assess the cost of repair. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
